Updated: Jan 17, 2023

It seems like a fantasy, a beautiful dream from which you do not want to wake up. But there it is in its maximum splendor, the Calchaquí Valley. Located in the foothills of the Argentine Cordillera, where luxury properties appear among vineyards.

The city of Salta, located in the foothills of the Andes, is the entrance to the Calchaquí Valley. The great attractions of the Valley are the landscapes crowned by the mountains, and a very well preserved architecture. Formerly, it was an important site in the Inca culture.

At the center of the Calchaquí Valley is Cafayate. A small city, with an exceptional climate, an average of more than 300 sunny days per year. The vineyards have a high quality wine production. Here is La Estancia de Cafayate, very renowned for its vineyards of Torrontés, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
